Orders received before 4pm Eastern Standard Time on any date will be delivered the same day. Packages with timestamps that require time may be delayed because of holidays, extreme weather and sales.

You will receive your order within 2-5 business days. Although the postal service has the ability to approximate delivery times, this isn\’t a guarantee.

Returns

All returns must be initiated within 30 days after receiving the product. Any return after this period will not be accepted. Please contact us right away to start an exchange.

The customer must ask for a refund within 50 days of the day of purchase. After the refund is processed, it may take ten days or more for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Dates of purchase must not exceed 60 calendar days. Only items of the same worth can be traded.
